We did discover an excellent eating
place: Ty Gwyn Coaching
Inn, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy LL24 0SG. Its on the A5 just before you go into Betws-y-Coed. Its not cheap but for a special treat the place is 'olde worlde' and delightful, the food superb. You can only get a drink there if you're eating but its well worth it.

I would just like to say thank you to Patricia and Spyros for providing the first set of photographs to add to the gallery and to say "sorry" for the loss of their input to the Guestbook.
Unfortunately, their comments were lost when the web hosting service went off line. I could not get access to the site and the information was not backed up, so I could not include it when the site was transferred to another web hosting service.
So far the new service has been good and just to let you know(if you need reliable hosting)that this site is now hosted with:

Carol and I have set up this guestbook for visitors to the cottage to leave messages after their stay.
Visitors are more likely to find out places of interest, places to eat, etc that will be of interest to those who want to book the cottage and learn from other people's experiences.
In all the time Carol and I have had this cottage, we have not explored the region very much. Most of our time has been involved with maintaining the cottage when we visit.
Please share your experiences of the area good or bad and things that you would recommend. I shall be setting up a gallery of photos supplied by visitors to the cottage, so if you would like to share your most interesting photographs, please send them to photos@holidaycottagesnowdonia.co.uk
